These are our CoolCraft CHRISTMAS STORIES
From November 6 to December 31, 2026, 23 CoolCrafters, including local breweries, coffee roasters, and cocktail lounges, have each selected a beloved holiday book or movie to craft a seasonal drink inspired by that tale. Enjoy each festive beverage alongside a custom, bite-sized story that puts a West Volusia twist on a beloved holiday classic.
How Does it Work?
This year, we have CoolCraft Beverages AND Christmas Stories. Every participating business on the beverage trail has selected a beloved book or movie to inspire a featured beverage. Paired with those classic tales, we created custom, bite sized short stories meant to be enjoyed while sipping your drink. Simply grab a drink, settle in, and experience a new holiday chapter with every sip.

This category designates all the completely alcohol free creations. It features family friendly and comforting winter drinks, including specialty coffees, delicate teas, and rich dessert milkshakes.

This category features all the adult only beverages. It includes traditional alcoholic drinks like seasonal craft beer and bourbon cocktails, as well as the specialty infused craft elixirs featured at Chronic Guru.
Here's this Year's CoolCraft CHRISTMAS CARD!
The CoolCraft Christmas Card is your guide to the festive beverages and locations that are bringing classic holiday tales to life in glasses all across West Volusia. Available at any participating CoolCrafter the card features a beautiful watercolor illustration of the historic Athens Theatre on the cover, whose holiday production of A Christmas Story serves as inspiration for the theme, the card includes an interactive Mad Libs activity and a custom holiday word scramble to complete while you enjoy your drink and read its paired short story.
It is literally a Cool Craft and a Christmas Card.
Inside, you'll find some activities, and the main event, the passport. Visit six participating CoolCrafters and get them to sign in the box. Once complete, bring your card to the West Volusia Visitor Center, 116 W. New York Ave., DeLand, to redeem it for a collectible CoolCraft Christmas Ornament.

Like each of the beverages you will find along the CoolCraft Beverage Trail, this year's CoolCraft Christmas features a distinct, handmade touch. After each participating location selected a beloved holiday tale to inspire their seasonal drink, we crafted custom, bite sized short stories to match. To complete the experience, the accompanying artwork was hand painted in a loose, storybook style to bring those classic narratives to life right here in West Volusia.
The CoolCraft Beverage Trail is a year round celebration of West Volusia’s creative spirit, connecting local breweries, coffee shops, mixologists, and tea makers into one flavorful adventure. Each season brings a new themed collection of drinks that highlight the region’s craft culture, from the CoolCraft Summer Beverage Competition to winter’s CoolCraft Christmas.
